Children should have completed 3 years for joining LKG. They should have completed 3 years on/before 31st July. Every additional year is compulsory for every additional class.

They should be admitted by the parents or by their guardians (in the absence of the parents). They should produce a photocopy of the Date of Birth, Aadhar Card, Nativity certificate and Community certificate.

Once joined in a class, he/she should complete that academic year. If any child leaves the school in the middle of the year, they should complete the fees of the year.

School will contact the parents after the six major exams to review/assess the Progress of their wards.

Parents are welcome to meet the Principal, Senior Principal, VPs or Sr. Administrator during the stipulated time.

A TC will be issued on termination of the schooling (after STD XII) or on request of the parents at the end of any class due to personal reasons of the parents.

EMIS number and TC are compulsory if a child comes from another school.

Attendance is compulsory and absence will be seriously taken except due to sickness, in which case a medical certificate should be produced.

Campus language, dress code and social distancing are well maintained in the school.
