RULES & REGULATIONS

  • ● Admission to our school is restricted by certain policies of the management and by the conditions of the age, ability, and conduct of the candidate. Hence, applicant for admission may be given an oral/written test at the time of admission. The decision of the school authorities regarding the entrance test shall be final.
  • ● Admissions are made in Pre-KG, LKG, UKG classes and for standards I to IX. For direct admission, children should satisfy the age rule i.e., 2+ for nursery, 3+ for LKG, 4+ for UKG, 5+ for I Std., and so on. Students coming from unrecognized institutions will not be admitted. Two passport size photos, photo copy of the Birth Certificate and Community Certificate, original copy of Transfer Certificate should be produced at the time of admission.
  • ● Procedure for LKG includes a personal meeting with the child and parents to verify the certificates and to brief the rules and regulations of the school. An entrance test will be conducted in Tamil, English and Maths for the students seeking admission for UKG to VIII standard and those who are selected on merit alone will be admitted in the school.
  • ● Application for admission should be made on the prescribed form by parents or guardian who will be responsible to the head of the school for the pupil's conduct, punctuality, regular attendance, progress in school and payment of fees.
  • ● The Principal reserves the right of refusing admission to a pupil without ascribing any reason in it. He also reserves the right of refusing continued studies of any pupil whose conduct is not satisfactory.

FEE REGULATIONS

  • ● We follow Government fixed fees which varies from class to class and from year to year.
  • ● The tuition fees has to be paid in two installments or they can pay in full at the beginning of the academic year.
  • ● A small amount is collected for school transportation, Karate, Music, Bharata Natyam etc.
  • ● During the academic year 2020-2021, due to Corona we collected 75% of the fees as per the order of the Madras High Court to relieve the parents, Teachers and Management of the Private Schools.
  • ● Co-Curricular/ Extracurricular activities are abundant in the school and the children are free to join in any event as per their interest.

School fee must be paid regularly and punctually in two terms until the pupil's name is retained in the register. Fee payment must be made at the bank. Parents must keep the fee receipts issued, safe and produce them as proof of payment, if needed. Students will not be allowed to sit for any examination unless the fee is paid fully. The fee once paid will not be refunded on any account. If a pupil leaves the school in the middle of any term he/she has to pay the fee for the full term. Transport fee must be paid term-wise. Transport fee will not be refunded if any student withdraws in the middle of the year.
